Commercial Productions: Projection

Our Projection rates include screen and projector rental. We do not rent them separately. Projection is from the front.

The rates also include a projectionist who is responsible for operating the projector. The projectionist is not responsible for

playing your content or running sound or anything else tech associated. The rental also includes a Blu-Ray DVD player,

wireless remote which can be used for power point presentations and all necessarycables for sound and video interface.

The projector is 5500 lumens and is HD compatible.

There is a one time set-up fee of $75.

Rates are charged by the hour. There is not a price break for half or quarter hour.

Day Rates

$100 per hour for first 3 hours

$95 per hour for 4-6 hours

$90 per hour 6+ Hours

Please call for multi-day or long term projection quotes.

Full payment is due prior to event start. Any overtime is invoiced after the event and there is a 25% premium

on the total due. Booking time ends when we are able to remove the screen, not when you

are finished with your projection. Example: If you only need projection from 6:00 - 7:00, but we cannot remove the

screen until 10:00, you will be charged from 6:00 - 10:00.
